SYS.01 / QUICKSTART
Your first analysis
From a repository to Skills on disk. Four steps, two of which are optional.
The shortest path
No account, one URL, a real analysis.
Paste a public GitHub repository at /try. It runs the deterministic half of the pipeline against real code and shows you the structure, the detected stack, the dependency graph and the findings. No account, and the code is deleted within a day.
To see the reasoning layer without spending anything, /demo walks a fully analysed sample project end to end — intelligence, Constitution and generated Skills included.
From the browser
Create a project, give it a source, watch the pipeline run.
- 01 · CREATEPARSED
A project is a name and an owner. Creating one is free and instant — it does not analyse anything.
- 02 · CONNECTPARSED
GitHub App, a public repository URL, or a ZIP upload — see Giving it code.
- 03 · ANALYSEREASONED
The pipeline runs as a queue of retryable jobs. Each step reports its own state; nothing is drawn as pending that the worker will never run.
- 04 · READGATE
Intelligence, Constitution, Skills, graph, findings and constraints, each expandable to the files behind it.
From the terminal
The path that ends where the product is actually used — your own disk.
npm install -g projectskills
pskl login pskl init --analyze pskl status pskl pull
pskl pull writes your Skills and Constitution into .claude/skills/, which is where the agent in your editor already looks. Nothing has to be pasted between a browser and a terminal.
Your code does not need to be on a public git host for this, and no GitHub App has to be installed. Full reference: The CLI.
What you end up with
Six artefacts, each with its own chapter.
- Project Intelligence
- The structured understanding — what this is, what it is built from, how it is arranged, and what could not be established.
- The Constitution
- The rulebook anything working on this project must respect, derived from the project rather than from a template.
- Skills
- One
SKILL.mdper role the project actually justifies, each reviewed by a separate pass before it ships. - The graph
- The project as nodes and edges, in four readings: what talks to what, where it lives, what it is made of, and what a question touches.
- Findings
- Deterministic detector conclusions across six pillars, each one a verdict rather than a score.
- Constraints
- The measurable part of the Constitution, run against the snapshot with a pass, a warning or a stated inability.
